In particular I am looking for a list of VPS, bonus sats if you have used an anonymous VPS and can give me a quick review on it.

I'll make use of the replies today, in my research on a VPS to use. additionally, I'd like to know if you find any bitcoin VPS that provides GPUs w/ no KYC and also priced in our hard money.

LunaNode accepts payment via BTC and Lightning and only requires an email for signup.
