Have you ever tried homemade lemon soda? There is an interesting drink called this Churchill ( ÇârΓ§il ) in Turkey, and it's so simple but delicious, sharing it as I just made one myself:)
How to make Churchill ( ÇârΓ§il )?
Ingredients
  • mineral water
  • salt
  • lemon
Steps
  1. juice the lemon
  2. add salt and mix ( according to your taste )
  3. add the mineral water
done! I don't like to drink alcohol that much, so I like to discover interesting and healthy drinks, especially the ones that can easily make at home! πŸ€“

but I guess it can be more powerful.
yes, could use my left hand more but it was already hard to memorize all notes since I can't look at the sheet while recording (sheet is on my phone). and didn't want to make the piano session longer. trying to play it again after sleep tonight will help more. so maybe next time :) fun song!
is that why 677 sats not 777 sats? haha
i also usually don't play songs with a 3/8 tact so that was interesting to play.
why the ending is a bit funny
for fun reasons :)

I had a brief outage yesterday, needed to reboot one of my two mining machines. Maybe that explains the slightly lower revenue, fewer shares submitted to the pool

Howdy gang!! Tuesday already, so let's get cracking, hope your strategies are all set up and the week has begun to show its productiveness, the weekend was a great way to recharge and get things in motion to get things done this week, I wish you all a phenomenal day and that your goals be achieved without delays, let's show this week who's boss, remember that you're important and what you do matters. If you feel like giving up, just take a deep breath and keep the eye on the prize, visualize yourself completing your goal and how it would feel to do so. You've got this my friend. Be well and stay frosty!!

Sharing one more privacy hack in Nostr - I don't follow anyone there.
Because anyone can log into your account to read what you read, I don't want what or who I care about in public; also, be careful of what or who you interact with there - all the likes and replies are all public information, something you CAN'T delete or undo, it's quite a good exercise of self-responsibility. πŸ‘€
(the alternative solution is that you create an anon account, just for reading)
reply
I don't follow anyone there.
That seems a bit extreme to me and breaks the spirit of the nostr. What if everyone did the same?
reply
haha, I might do this later, but then I don't use Nostr that much, and I don't like all this follow and follow back social media thing, e.g. I don't follow you in public that doesn't mean that I don't pay attention to you or I follow you it also doesn't mean that I agree with everything you say.
you can also selectively show your followings
reply
right! But with this follow method, how do you do it? Do you go to each one individually or do you have another account ? you don't have to answer ;)
reply
I can answer this, because time is limited, I don't want to and can't pay attention to so many things, so I dedicate my time to read a tiny set of people individually - less is more.
  • let's say if I want to learn about Bitcoin, then I'd get my info from the top, e.g. the builders or old Bitcoiners, instead of those influencers.
  • or let's say I want to get good information about Turkey, then I'd get my info from locals or people who know what's going on in the ground instead of those flirting around travelers.
I guess it's about a. identifying what info you want to get b. finding the best source you can possibly find c. less is more - this applies to learning ANYTHING.
might be a bit off-topic, but most people think the more they follow they more the will learn is just often not this case.
reply
you can also selectively show your followings - as one of my quality checks for any accounts is what it follows: normies trend to follow average stuff, but good gems follow good gems.

reply
Good morning stackers!
What are you learning about today?
reply
So I teach students with dyslexia. Spelling is not their strong suit.
I was getting them to figure out how to remember spelling courage. So I googled a bit and found that courage comprises the -ur, which is a r-controlled vowel. So this -ur is read as -er
So I’m happy to learn more about r-controller vowels today
reply
English is my mother tongue - and woaw, I've noo idea what you're talking about...
But I have an inkling that English is pretty tough to learn.
reply
Indeed, as a native speaker and reader there is another level that English teachers take and break down the language.
Plus then add in the different base roots on how certain words are spelled makes for a crazy ride.
Keep up the hard work @cryotosensei !
reply
Agreed. Plus teach some of us a some things too 🀞
