Last week, I shared a chart that shows how Americans feel about federal government agencies. This time, it's the same thing, but breaking it down by Republicans and Democrats. The results seem quite different to me, am I seeing this right?
Forget the presidential race, the partisan divide in America can also be seen by how Democrats and Republicans feel about key government agencies.
We visualize the net favorability ratings of 16 federal government agencies, based on respondent party affiliation.
To find this data, Pew Research Center surveyed more than 10,000 adults, between March 13-19, 2023. View their methodology page for more details about the survey, the questions asked, and the results obtained.

How does the IRS get 42% favorable in the last poll?? I do like that the Fed isn't far behind.
I want to see a chart showing how much the congressmen of each side have allocated via their tax base & votes to each agency. I bet half my stack Republicans end up looking like the bigger chumps. Democrats have favorable ratings of all these things because they support controlling their fellow citizens or they're actually in that line of work.
We need a law that if you're in government or a govt contractor, you don't get to vote yourself more power. So many problems in society could be solved if people just understood basic conflict on interest.

Normal folk don't respond to these surveys.
TheWildHustle was a telephone interviewer for a year, everyone who picked up the phone was either lonely, old, or deranged.

There used to be a time when they were divided but still worked together to get shit done. Now I feel it is a filibuster all the time.

That's some fun and serious data. Mostly because they are very opposite to each other so their viewing of these agencies is on tbe opposite side. But you're right the results are quite different.
