More insanity:
A route is made of hops.
Hops contain the channel id and the pubkey of the node at the END of the hop.
whereas
A route hint is made of hop hints
And a hop hint contains the channel id and the pubkey of the node at the START of the hop.
Close but not quite love.
Love one another, but make not a bond
of love:
Let it rather be a moving sea between
the shores of your souls.
Fill each other’s cup but drink not from
one cup.
Give one another of your bread but eat
not from the same loaf.
Sing and dance together and be joyous,
but let each one of you be alone,
Even as the strings of a lute are alone
though they quiver with the same music.
As a bitcoiner you should be asking, "Where's the PoW?" I don't see shit. Just words meant to entice.
Concerning customs at Washington, DC, all biometrics are optional.
Simply say, "I request manual identity verification."
Well, now I am more familiar with how route hints work.
What bothers me is that they use a different key for the fee_rate_milli_msats. And route hints don't include information about the capacity of a channel, but a route object (which is constructed from route hints) does.
It's like if someone makes a joke, but it was bad joke (unbeknownst) and then they went on to explain it, unasked, that would be ironic cringe.
But since you acknowledged it as a bad joke, if you had explained it, it would have been unironic.
To top it off, you made me be the one to explain so it's doubly unironic. Well played, sir.
