Hi, my mother and some relatives are despite being still in maximum fiat mindset but are kind of interested in the ideas of bitcoin. Sadly, they often dispute the possibility of BTC having a place as a currency due to the technical complicalities and also because they "read" it is slow in transactions.

I think it would be a great idea to install a lightning wallet for them and just show them how fast bitcoin can be (also donating them some sats to feed there interest). 

Now my question: would it be possible to give them like a "sub" account on my node? Ofc I could just recommed them some full custodial service like WoS but I would really like it (for the beginning) to have the custody over the wallets (also as a sideeffect :P then my node would maybe finally route something). 

I do not want them to have full access via Zeus on all my channels. Is it somehow technically possible?

I think that is really essential for the final goal being free of fiat, showing and experiencing that bitcoin is not only an asset or a possibility to save but also possess all the properties / traits to be an actual currency. And while (dont get me wrong value4value is important) spending sats in nostr / SN is important its not what I meant, I mean e.g. having the ability to buy a coffee or something from local store using lightning

I am generally interested assuming that only bitcoiners are around here, how many of you are actually able to pay and use bitcoin (lightning) on a daily basis. 

I just now sparked my interest in lightning again but I hardly have any opportunity to pay locally. There are a few niche or specific opportunities on the web, but in my living area there is an absolut lack of the ability to use IRL which I miss desparately.

So my question: Do you use bitcoin in your day to day life
