I think what makes me the most excited about bitcoin, is its ability to check the government. Right now they have unlimited access to our savings through inflation, there's no way to stop them from taking, and there is no reason for them to stop. It would be nice to live in a world where government spending has consequences, and people had an actual voice in policy decisions. I believe that bitcoin can fix that.
