Yup since 1913 to fun world war 1, when all countries went off the gold standard.
The US has paid 100 billion for the Ukraine war and 1 million people have been casualties. Divide that by 326 million Americans that’s over $300 a person. My family of four doesn’t support this $1,200 payment for killing people. That isn’t making the world a safer place!
