I know some people who has sold their real estate properties to buy digital property AKA Bitcoin.
This move has plenty of advantages, for example no problems with the tenants, no insurance, no tax for holding the asset, etc..
I'm talking about the value in fiat terms.
Who can move the price easier the paper Bitcoin or the real asset?
It's a interesting topic.
My wife and I are in our 45's with no kids. And we are living in a different country from our families, so we don't have any relative close by to give us a hand in case we need it.
So, our plan is to keep stacking SATs and when the time comes, we will hire some help or move to a place where there are some professionals to look after us.
I remember seeing a post about BTC miners helping gorillas in a mountain somewhere....
