This is really nice. I've recently moved to using Thunderbird (as well as Proton Bridge) for my email and I also have been making use of its ability to be a RSS reader. For me, this is ideal because I always have a window open for my email and to have the feeds right there as well is a win.
Related discussion here. I would really like someone to orange pill Kibbe. He's done a podcast with the ERC721 (aka NFT standard on Ethereum) creator, but I don't think that it's really clicked that Bitcoin is the innovation and everything else is essentially a scam.
The FBI’s justification for the dragnet forfeiture was its presumption that hundreds of unknown box holders were all storing assets somehow tied to unknown crimes, court records show.
I can imagine something like this being applied to self custody in the future... Fun times ahead.
Either because people are flagging everything @quest77 says or he's hit some threshold where everything he says is auto-outlawed. Both would be because most of what he says is racist bullshit.
This would do a better job than I could: https://anyprevout.xyz/
Pretty happy about the GUI changes. The config set in the GUI not matching up with bitcoind has been bothering me.
I picked yes. It is hypocrisy. Why can't they run a BTCPayServer or post a PayNym instead? If you're raising money, as a Bitcoiner, I would think shunning the fiat rails would be the default, no-brainer thing to do.
Like the next soft fork? My guess would be for enabling BIP118.
Yet the damage is already done, as they've shown their hand. I hope all Bitcoin projects that enable users to take self custody have taken note, if they are currently using Github, that they can be shut down/out at any time.
Excellent guide, even if it reads just like a commentary through using GrapheneOS. Shame this didn't get a lot of love.
It turns out the future of money...
😎...is in your hands.
And wow, was the author mis-quoting Ver or did he really never get Bitcoin right?
This is a cool concept! Maybe we can call this an "ellipse attack"? I don't like calling it downvoting because Reddit sucks. Flagging?
