Price must be -> Btc mined/adoption (whatever it can be sized) 

Btc price is normally related to any cdbc, normally USD.
Btc/usd does not represents its value.
The value must be related to number of people. More specifically BTC price is against people who know it’s value. Not against USD.
So YOU make BTC rise or fall. Don’t swallow the lies of the volatility of USD. The number of holder is rising. And that is the price of Bitcoin
