Not exactly, but sort of.

There's a small team that runs the site itself and then there are people who run topic specific territories. I run ~econ and co-run ~Stacker_Sports and ~HealthAndFitness.

Anyone can run a territory, though, so it's not like Stacker News necessarily endorses anything I do.
