## 🚫 Criticism and Controversy:
However, this success was not without criticism.

Many Bitcoin enthusiasts viewed the massive influx of transactions generated by the game unfavorably.
For them, these sometimes trivial transactions "spammed" the blockchain, clogging the blocks and increasing transaction fees for all users. Does this sound familiar?

The network, designed to handle about seven transactions per second, quickly reached its maximum capacity, causing validation delays and "high" fees.

## ⚔️ BlockSize Wars:
The BlockSize wars, which took place mainly between 2016 and 2017, were a technical and ideological conflict centered on block size and scalability solutions.

While Satoshi Dice was not the sole cause, the game significantly contributed to the emergence of this event by helping to popularize Bitcoin among new users and generating substantial transaction volume.

As Bitcoin adoption grew, the network faced intense pressure, leading to block saturation and rising transaction fees.
On one side, some advocated for increasing block size to allow more transactions, leading to the creation of Bitcoin Cash in August 2017. On the other, proponents of solutions like SegWit pushed for improvements without compromising decentralization.

## 🔧 Adoption of SegWit:
Erik Voorhees expressed his support for the SegWit2x proposal, which aimed to improve network scalability by combining the implementation of SegWit with an increase in block size.

Segregated Witness (SegWit) was adopted in August 2017, allowing transaction data to be separated from signatures. # HIGH PROTEIN chicken crust chorizo and pepper pizza 🐔🍕

## Ingredients
Use metric or imperial measurements (or both, much better)
* [ ] `3` medium chicken breasts 🐓
* [ ] `2` eggs 🥚
* [ ] `6` very ripe tomatoes 🍅
* [ ] `1` chunk of parmigiano 🧀
* [ ] `1` chunk of low moisture mozza 🧀
* [ ] `1` chunk of chorizo or peperoni 🥓
* [ ] `1` Green habanero🌶️ (or green pepper🫑 if you're fragile)
* [ ] `1` leaves of fresh basil 🌿
* [ ]  Salt and pepper 🧂
* [ ]  Extra virgin olive oil 🫒

**Optional:**
* [ ] Garlic 🧄
* [ ] Onion 🧅
* [ ] Extra virgin olive oil 🫒
* [ ] Fresh oregano 🍃 (or dry)

## Step-by-step instructions

### FIRST THING you gotta do : THE SAWCE 🥫

Take your extra ripe tomatoes, get rid of the stems and cut a cross on it to help the skin peeling easier (check the post above to see how)

Then you put them in a sauce pan with water and start the heat 🌡️

It should be very quick after you reach the boiling point until you see the skin peeling by itself, wait an extra 2 mins

Then, drain the hot water and pour tap water to cool them down while you peel them just like this

Then you can mash it roughly

Now, pour some golden juice (extra virgin olive oil) in a sauce pan and start the heat 🌡️

Note that I added onions and garlic but it is optional and I recommend not to do so if you don't want to be manhunted by Italian FEDs 🤌

Once your onions and garlic are colored if you're not afraid to be suicided with fusilis 🍝🔫

Add your tomatoes with a drizzle of water. Yes I added more tomatoes cuz I will save sauce for pastas later. 🧠

Add salt, pepper & fresh oregano if you're a chad. Dry if NGMI

Cover the sauce pan and let it simmer until it looks like melted puke after a #Bitcoin meetup 🤌

Once done, prepare your blender and mix it like it's a coinjoin 🔪

All right, get back in the sauce pan, put some basil 🍃 and let it infuse at very low heat until the sauce is THICK 

It's time to add more salt if needed

If it's acidic, no need sugar ❌
Just a pinch of baking soda, thank me later ✅

### The "dough" 

Take the chicken breasts and throw them in a sauce pan with water.

Optionally and for more flavor, you can add onion, garlic, dry chili, celery, oregano, pepper, whatever you like

Bring it to a low simmer, you don't want to overheat the chicken or it's going to be dry AF

Save the bouillon for later! 

Now you want to shred that meat.

Once done, throw grated parmigiano and the 2 eggs.

Then you mix it and press it untill it looks like a paste and chicken fibers can't be seen

I added fresh oregano but you can add everything you want to add flavor

Shape your dough just like a regular pizza or whatever shape you like I'm not here to judge you

Once done, you wanna precook it in a 250 degrees Celsius hoven for 15 mins until it's dry and start getting a golden color.

## Garnish your pizza 

Time to add the toppings!

Mozza, chorizo, fresh basil, oinions and green habanero chili in my case.

If you can afford to, DON'T BE STUPID LIKE ME and let the crust cool down before the toppings

You can also be creative and change the recipe (I'm lying, don't.)

Back in the hoven, 10 to 15 min at 250 degrees celcius and your pizza will be ready.

The aim is to have toppings cooked and the crust golden to ensure the crisp.
