I am already seeing it on Generation Z, lmao
Simply amazing. The platform overall is a very great idea and is totally necessary. Thank you for your services to the community ;)
There is currently a BIP (BIP-360) - by the way, 360 is a "magic number" on quantum computing - that aims to fix vulnerable addresses.
They are less people being born. They are less people interested in paying absurd amounts of rent, they'd rather just live with their parents. Real Estate is a bubble which is about to explode, not just in Spain, but everywhere.
Bitcoin Core is by far one of the most amazing projects I've ever been in contact with. A truly decentralized chain of people that main goals is to keep Bitcoin true to it's original roots yet secure and flexible. I don't trust people that are against Core, but still I am totally in favor of them having an option to opt out.
I've seen shitcoiners waste years of their lives on failed projects just because they didn't want to assume they were wrong. It is amazing how people are capable of losing they lives because of pride.
Bitcoin is a Store of Value (SoV). For the stage of Medium of Exchange (MoE) to be achieved, Bitcoin needs to be less volatile, according to the Austrian Economics School.
That said, in a bright future, Bitcoin will still be useful as a proof-of-work chain that proves autencity of people's thoughts and ideas and such. What's your thoughts?
My goal for June is to contribute the most for the Bitcoin community, providing insights, tips and great discussions about the technology, privacy and self-custody. Hope it goes well! Posting here on Stacker.News is a way to do that.
I'm a graphic designer and I MUST say how this logo is awesome. It is not simple but it's not complex. It is simply good. Congratulations to whoever made it. Very nice.
I am a very fan of classic literature and the name of the movie "Brave New World" caught my attention. Maybe I'll give a look into it. The book by Aldous Huxley is really good and is basically a must-read for every bitcoiner. Have you ever read it? What do you think of it? Is it worth for me to watch the movie? ;)
I think if miners ever "go broke" they would active drivechains. Do you know about drivechains? It is a scaling BIP that also improves miners revenue. It would be a win/win situation for Bitcoin on this case. Or the community can just activate it before them through UASF or anything. Drivechains allow multiple different technologies working upon Bitcoin with bitcoin's hashrate and token.
As my nickname says, I'm young. Like, really young. So I vividly remember from school the my girl classmates used to read a lot of books. But it wasn't regular books, it was explicit romances / 18+ books. This generation is totally lost. Never saw anyone reading books like Orwell, Huxley or Dostoievsk. I'm pretty sure that's a form of poisoning our politics.
I know (and it's a very controversial topic) that Peter Todd plans Tail Emission to fix that. What's your opinion on this? Personally I'm totally against and I'm in favor of just waiting for the market regulate itself.
If you have any troubles, questions or something related to it I will be happy to answer. Linux Mint is a very great distro to use, lightweight and a beautiful GUI.
Not a question related to your post, but what do you think of other BIPs? Like VAULT and specially BIP-300/301?
