Got into a debate with my Brother about power generation and how BTC miners help the system stabilize. I've listened to several great podcasts about it but does anyone have a particularly good sourced website? I'm currently digging in the eia.gov website and not getting the results I was hoping for.

Found SN a few months ago as I continue my BTC learning journey. Most days I feel like I get some solid incite from this community; other times I know I'm missing some of the importance due to my lack of technical ability.
Today I found several articles on SN VERY interesting leading me to learn more about Taproot and Sigwit, found a new blockheight tool, and a little bit of music.
Thank you SN community for letting this lowly sats stacker creep along. I hope to one day contribute as much as I've received and pass on what I know to my friends, family, and IRL community.
Funny I did a search on this a few months ago when my 2nd kid was born...I wondered what the blockheight was for my 1st and couldn't figure it out on my phone. Thanks @02bfa78361!
Love it - I do agree with others that some other app will pick up this market but I like the ingenuity! Fountain SHOULD add a music category and try to promote this.

Found this article on a SN search. I'm trying to learn what Taproot is...I don't think I FULLY understand it but it certainly shed some light on what it does. Thank you @k00b!
IF I understand the articles correctly: Taproot is a series of upgrades that allow more function to the mulisig, better security, and simplified code.

What if you helped him set up a Swan account to DCA - relative could fund the account and then set it up to move to a cold wallet. It would keep funds from being pulled or spent and give them access to magic internet money.
Long term it wont help until they get control of the addition...just think of all the lotto winners and sports athletes that go broke 4-6 years after 'making it'.
