Could you point me to a NIP 46 or NIP 05 solution. I don't use nostr so I'm a bit lost. I have amethyst on my phone and using stacker.news on the laptop. How exactly does one sign in?

Hola, if my old account @expatriotic is deprecated. AKA, I was dumb enough to use my Zeus embedded node to sign in, and when I lost access to it, lost access to my SN account... Could I get that handle back? Even if I had to start fresh with my articles... I don't care about the sats the account may have, I just want the name. Is there anyway for the devs of SN to put a unused username back into the wild? @k00b
I keep getting a buffering ring... But nsec.app shows a connection (after I approve it)
I pasted the bunker url and then accepted the connection request. But still buffering.
Maybe email might be best after all... This seems a bit finnicky
