I use https://mempool.space/ for that, because you have all the relevant information like how the mempool currently looks that let's you better estimate the fee you want to pay depending on your needs, and you don't just get some blank fee estimates. Works absolutely perfect on mobile as well as on desktop.

But onboarding users to Lightning is still a layer 1 bottleneck without additional solutions like fedimint where multiple users share a UTXO.
