Bitcoin absolutely does have accounts! Each wallet derived from a seed can use separate accounts (each with their own derivation path) to segment off funds.
You can have one seed but many "buckets" of funds to keep things segregated, i.e. KYC and no-KYC funds, business funds vs personal, etc. Both Envoy and Passport support accounts.
Accounts are a core part of the BIP 32 spec that all Bitcoin wallets use today: https://bips.dev/32/
Always! We're huge fans and many on our team are no-KYC only so it will always be a focus for us. Definitely more to come on the no-KYC side of things down the line.
Is there a website or PWA option? Or only app download?
App download only, but you can get it from app stores or directly from our F-droid repo or Github itself. Lots of options for those fleeing the Apple/Google walled gardens.
Blog for now, but will be expanding to a podcast shortly, and already working on getting multiple other writers/contributors onboard.
Amazing to hear! @sethforprivacy has some RSS feed recommendations as well you can use to find other great sources:

Yes, he's the editor-in-chief and main driver behind it :) You can expect Opt Out-style podcast to come to the Freedom.Tech domain/family in the next few weeks as well, as we expand Journey to Sovereignty to be a more broadly "freedom tech" focused podcast in the vein of Opt Out!

Not in one place, sadly, it's quite fragmented and most of the common licenses have their own sites and documentation etc.
