Will they block this?
If no, it is useless.
If yes, they will end up blocking random persons wallet. It can even be used to attack competition. You want to piss a competitor buy their product from a wasabi wallet.

You won't be able to take all the bitcoins because most of the bitcoins will be dormant. Even more than now. Many will wait for better times. Hodlers are used to hodling anyway.
