I like betterbird a lot (fork from thunderbird), check also the expert tips, they were very helpful for me: https://www.betterbird.eu/expert-tips/index.html

is a good summary about whats going on
The integration is described here in more detail:
https://peakd.com/podping/@brianoflondon/is-podping-on-hive-a-new-internet-protocol
I was only bothered by all the claims:
Podping on Hive represents the first way to send a short message to the entire world without relying on any single piece of infrastructure run by a single entity;
HIVE is a dpos chain and at the moment there is a single private key to write entries.
The podping-hivewrite is a single piece of infrastructure, which is run by a single entity.
I think when podcastingindex will eventually fail in the future (HIVE chain halts, private key lost, priv key stolen and database flooded with spam) it can easily be replaced by something different.
I have mixed fealings rearding podcasting 2.0, as the foundation is build on a shitcoin:

Blockstream Multisig Shield is not working with an HWW like Jade. It is a 2 of 2 multisig where one key is held by the wallet in the device (e.g. stored into the android phone, protected by a pin) and the other is stored at the server.
key points
- wallet seed is generated by the wallet and shown on a device with access to internet
- After 365 days, the multisig converts to a single sig (timelock expires), when not renewed with a transaction within this period
- HWW cannot be used to protect the private key
I was confused about securing 6 elements for the 2 of 3 multisig, as a seed phrase is also a key. The link you send me make more sense to me. Thanks.
Hi,
can you explain what you mean by securing 6 elements for a 2 of 3 multisig? What does it mean that I can lose 4 elements of it? What when I lose 2 seed phrases? Doesn't make sense to me.
What do you mean by key?
Why do I need the wallet config file when I have all seed phrases?
You should also be more specific in the Fault tolerance chapter. What if I do not have the public keys but lose everything but 2 seed phrases? Now I cannot recover my wallet.
In my understanding, you have 3 seed phrases and 3 pub keys that were derived from the seed phrases. A multisig wallet can be restored when
- all 3 seed phrases are there
- 2 of 3 seed phrases and 3 pub keys are there
- When I use HWW, it is likely that the pub keys are stored in the HWW, now I can restore when I have 1 seed phrase and 1 HWW left (from a different seed phrase)
