What about the reverse? What saps your energy like no other?
As for me, I don’t like to:
  • make decisions on things I’m not interested in
  • be asked to do things last minute (I need one week notice if you are giving me a work assignment.)
  • be confronted with a messy place (though I am ironically fine with my messy workplace table.)
And your triggers?
Water makes me damp.
