I took a break from SN precisely because of this subject, since I became increasingly frustrated at the fact that no amount of proof and reasoning was able to make people relinquish their devotion to take legacy media up to the letter and fall over and over and over again for the exact same cliche manipulation tactics.
I came back recently to see if the airs had changed a little but nope, same thing, unchanged, undeterred: #1000741 . I intervened there only because it was k00b. I'm staying back again a little, I'm curious to see if the latest political events can shake things a lil' bit here.

Are things still going about as you had hoped they would? That inflation chart is pretty astonishing, but it's exactly what I remember you telling me was happening.

By all means, things are going so much better and so much faster than I ever hoped the would, even in my wildest, most unhinged dreams, that I stopped being sensitive about it. It just do not feels real. After decades spent in a soviet shithole, you get used to it in the sense that this changes, what should feel normal, feels rare. And it's only accelerating.
That said, we are of course, as Milei himself always stated: "at least 5 years from starting to be a mediocre economy, 10 years from being a minimally decent economy, and 35 years from being a super-power, if the path is kept strictly".

They are all focusing on reaching ever more lame levels of negation.
They will never concede, for their self-perceived entitlement depends exclusively on negation, as for terraplanists.
