Eagle Football Holdings Ltd., one of the most active investors in football clubs globally, has filed confidentially for a US initial public offering.
The company, which owns more than 40% of English FA Cup winners Crystal Palace, has submitted a draft registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, according to an announcement Friday.
