No, that seems to be the direction we are moving. My objection is to the intellectual improvement of the students rather than being a parrot of the AI. The kids of the future may become the proverbial intellectual bunny rabbit.

Teachers Must Avert an AI-Facilitated Intellectual Dark Age

I've been saying for a while that the future for me, as I predict what education will look like in 30 years or maybe sooner, 

Each child will stay at home and be assigned an AI agent for life, personal tutored, tailored curriculum for their learning speed.

Now I hear you cry! The part missing is the socialising of children, I believe open spaces and communal areas will give access to the playground aspect of children's interactions, this is where they'll discuss and debate what they are taught.
