So....how would ICE agents (or courts) issue warrants to illegals?
I'm all for due process, but I'm trying to understand if this is a ploy by someone like Brad or not? If someone walks into your country illegally and never registered, how would a warrant be issued against that (unknown) person? Seems like this a grandstanding ploy? Or am I off-base?

Immigration courts are administrative, i.e. part of the executive branch.
Due process is a red herring. It's a delay tactic.
How would a warrant be issued against a nameless person? I'm not sure and at this point I don't care
We should have ICE raids at hospitals. Discourage illegals from using medical services for free.
