if that's true then we must agree that this is some next level head-hunting. and if someone might refuse an 100m bonus then it makes me wonder, what salaries do they have? what benefits? what is happening there that makes them profit more than the 100m?

Profit? Isn't that the dessert with chocolate and whipped cream you can buy in the frozen foods section? Why would anyone care about such a thing?
