There should be no good byes....just see you later's :) I don't remember who said this but I like it...
I guess when I think about my workplace I think about just walking out and never going back so there doesn't need to be any big thing when it is time....
It just is moving into another period of life
I agree. And I think in the rough n tumble of life, sometimes see you later’s don’t quite materialise. Which I think is sadder than a proper farewell
