Maybe it won't stop war but it will make it smaller in scale. Less funding - smaller war.

I hope bitcoin stops war but I haven't thought about it much. It certainly stops inflation via money printing which is how war is normally funded, and should make the state more honest, but I suspect war is more fundamental than that.
