not really, the weekly random pick em always ends up in the top filter for a day
I feel the ranking of posts, at least under the top posts, should be ranked impartially.
That disrupts the competition right? So many people are waiting to be featured on the top filter, you would definitely need bias to cut out the posts which lose edge

Yeah, that's an exception! That maybe because it's a bounty post. Whatever there but it's not good overall.
