I just barely hit my minimum step target today and had takeout and at least one cookie. On the plus side, I got good sleep and pretty much stuck to the one meal per day routine.
How about you, stackers? Did you nail your ~HealthAndFitness targets today or do you have lots of room to improve?
Went to bed early last night and forgot to post my accountability message. Was busy running various errands and ended up not completing my routine.
Yesterday's stats:
  • 100 push ups (2 sets of 50)
  • no cold shower
  • 9015 steps

Catching up on sleep > sticking to a routine

Didn't catch up on sleep at all. Had to wake up at 5am to go be the driver, camera man, and water carrier for my wife at a trail run event that she joined. Event is almost 2 hour drive away, so got some driving ahead of me today. I guess we could say "happy wife > sticking to a routine", haha.
