Catching up on sleep > sticking to a routine

Didn't catch up on sleep at all. Had to wake up at 5am to go be the driver, camera man, and water carrier for my wife at a trail run event that she joined. Event is almost 2 hour drive away, so got some driving ahead of me today. I guess we could say "happy wife > sticking to a routine", haha.

Yea, it was raining pretty hard this morning as we drove over. But the rain died down as the race started. Got lucky didn't have to run in the rain.
