Its not a war. This has been settled for decades. The War Powers Resolution mandates that the President must notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days without congressional authorization.

'A sprint toward nuclear arms
It could be days or weeks before the full impact of the US strikes on Iran's nuclear sites is known.
But experts have long warned that even joint US and Israeli strikes would only delay Iran's ability to develop a weapon, not eliminate it. That's because Iran has dispersed its programme across the country to several sites, including hardened, underground facilities.
Iran would likely struggle to repair or reconstitute its nuclear programme while Israeli and US warplanes are circling overhead. But it could still decide to fully end its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency and abandon the the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.
North Korea announced its withdrawal from the treaty in 2003 and tested a nuclear weapon three years later, but it had the freedom to develop its programme without punishing airstrikes.
Iran insists its programme is peaceful, though it is the only non-nuclear-armed state to enrich uranium up to 60%, a short, technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%. US intelligence agencies and the IAEA assess Iran hasn't had an organised military nuclear programme since 2003.
Israel is widely believed to be the only nuclear-armed state in the Middle East but does not acknowledge having such weapons.'

This is the last time I am going to even give you an ounce of credence. You are so much like Darth hell you might even be the same person!
The only news about the scattering of the program from Iran came after the strikes... they also said that the strikes didnt damage the facilities so. Now mind you there were trucks but if you look at the before and after it is clear that a TONNNNN of work was done to try and seal up the entrances. You cant disassemble and move the hardware like it is a printer. At best they moved some of the material however that is unlikely given the lack of radiation readings.
Iran isnt going to NOT have those plans circling overhead for a while. They are either going to surrender and turn over their nuclear program or the bombs will keep happening. Look at Syria if you need a helpful hint. No US boots on the ground but a hell of a lot of bombs.
North Korea was spared for a very easy and understandable reason. Seoul is only 50 km or 31 miles from the DMZ. That means artillery could hit it. The civilian deaths were not worth it.
Why did the IAEA then say they found traces of 83.7% enriched? Iran said it was an "accident" yeah no you dont accidently enrich from 60 to 83.7 without intent.
Congrats one thing correct so I ask you again why would Iran bomb a practically known nuclear power? At best they lob a few bombs and pray they get through and then Israel glasses the entire area.
If Iran gets them the Saudi's and the UAE already have said they immediately would start programs for them and bam a new nuclear race. You lack of geopolitical understanding is clear. This strike was America First because unlike what Thomas Massie likes to think having a nuclear arms race in the Middle East is the dumbest thing in the world and will lead to more war.
Future wars are expected over water.... guess what Iran doesnt have.... water. Same with Pakistan and India. That is a water war plain and simple. Sure they can use religion to cover it up but Pakistan just lost access to a shit ton of water. These things are multiple steps ahead of what you obviously pay attention to.
Look at where Iran gets its water from lmao they are long term cooked.
