I got some new minimal sole "barefoot" shoes this weekend. Hopefully, that will help when I can't go without shoes entirely. Generally, I stuck with my routine:

  • Cold Shower
  • Yardwork in the mid-afternoon heat
  • OMAD
  • Healthy homecooked food
  • Good sleep

I didn't go running because I had too much to eat at dinner and was too full to move afterwards. I did walk back and forth around the house to achieve my daily step goal of 8000 steps.

Today's stats:

  • 150 push ups (2 sets of 75)
  • no cold shower
  • 8011 steps

I'm going to post yesterday's numbers to make myself look better, haha:

  • 150 push ups (3 sets of 50)
  • Trail run with my wife, 12.3km with 278m elevation gain at 9:33/km average pace

  • 25311 steps
