Shat is the lowest possible fat percentage for men that is still healthy?
Like everything, it depends on the person, but 5% is really pushing the envelope. The thing is, even with a dexa scan, knowing your body fat percentage isn't an exact science. My recommendation to anyone who wanted to get really lean would be to aim for 10-12% you'll still look fantastic and shouldn't have to worry as much about the negative health outcomes.

10 is definitely healthy for men. Some guys are fine at 6, but I'd definitely focus on 10. 6 is extremely difficult to maintain for most people.
