Its not know-how. You just say at your next job/gig contract negotiation that your only hard requirements are being paid in sats and being paid fairly for the job at hand. Then you'll get to laugh a lot before being kicked out a lot, but persistence is priceless in this.
Luckily, not a job seeker anymore. I'm now doing things that I love to do and enjoy, still a lot of gas left as I'm around 35.
I definitely agree that persistence is priceless. I've been running a small school and I was trying to pay employees in sats, partially or fully. I didn't insist on any, just not to reveal too much of my Bitcoiner side with the school staff and management committee. Recently one of my very close relatives took over the job of head teacher and as he's another Bitcoiner, he knew he asked me to be paid partially in sats.
Places where people barely understand Bitcoin, it's hard to get employees working for sats. They also laugh if you wanna introduce them with Bitcoin. I pity them and just don't insist too much. It's their choice to to remain poor and behind.
