Another pretty solid day: cold shower (although it's so hot here that it's more of a luke warm shower), decent sleep, and enough activity to meet the step challenge target.
I could have eaten better. There was some free food at work and free food is my greatest weakness. I did put off eating it until just before I went home, though, so I almost stuck with the one meal a day plan.

One meal a day is a great effort, it can end up not consuming all the nutrients you need. The goal of the night's sleep I have shared from your last time is something I am doing.
It's really more of a condensed eating period than a single meal. I eat a lot over about an hour or so and shouldn't have any more difficulty than normal getting enough nutrients.
