Leave the Country as Auto-Select, then chose "OpenAI" for the Service.
Pay the invoice, and the number you will use for obtaining the code on will be shown.
Mine had a 91 country code (India), and after entering that number into OpenAI, the code appears from SMS4Sats.
Well under sixty seconds, start to finish!
