For me, it's wasting my precious time in this world on meaningless things.
As I get older, I realize that wasting time on dumb stuff is a huge waste, and I regret it.
It's hurting more and more each day.
What about you?
Wasting time thinking/worrying about wasted time, regrets, etc.
Past is over. Why let it hurt you today?

I could see value in reviewing your past to recognize areas where you'd like to improve in the future. Not to worry about the past, but to learn from it.

I agree with all of you, time is one of the most precious assets and sometimes we waste it without thinking. Time is something that cannot be recovered and is so valuable and scarce at the same time because you will never know when you will die.

I wasted much of my youth playing video games. In high school and college, I'd get home at 2 p.m. and be glued to the screen by 3 a.m. By 6:45 a.m. I was back on my feet, exhausted. I repeated that cycle for years, until I was almost 23. I wasted time, energy, and opportunities. It wasn't until I met my current wife that something changed. She helped me break that pattern.

Fuck it, what led you to that addiction? Were you suffering from some kind of depression or something?
reply
I had no idea, I was just carried away by the vice, and I loved completing the games at 100%,

Time not spent with the ones you love - when you had the opportunity to do so.
