We are counting down the best ballparks in MLB throughout the 2025 season.
Here is the last edition #1018591.
This week we move on to lucky #13.
Truist Park- Atlanta Braves Opened: 2017 Capacity: 41,084
One of the new ballparks in MLB. Very well designed, cookie cutter modern park that seems to lack character. The surrounding area to the park is more remarkable than the park itself. They did a great job creating a vibrant community in the area with condos, bars, restaurants and of course the ballpark. One feature I do really like about this park is the brick wall beyond the right field fence but the all glass Comcast building and Omni hotel in the RF skyline are too close to the park and detract from the skyline in my opinion. All in all a beautiful new park that looks like a lovely place to watch a game but doesn't crack the top 10 because it could have been better.
On to #12 next time.
Sats for all, GR
Looks like I missed the last post for the Phillies, so I updated the list.
I have never been to Truist Park. I had a ton of Braves players (Riley, Strider, Albie's, Harris) on my dynasty fantasy team and when they won the world series, so I watched a lot of games. The park is very nice and clean looking. Visually not much to nitpick about. I did visit old Turner Field back in the day. I watched game 5 of the 2003 NL Divisional series from a box behind home plate when the Cubs beat the Braves for their first playoff series win since 1945 I believe. Core childhood memory.

Thanks for updating this. Braves are a fun team to watch. Too bad they had such a rough start this year.
