It appears to be from a couple who were recently excommunicated from a church, and they feel that the excommunication was deeply unjust. They now proclaim themselves the Two Witnesses of Revelation and are pronouncing judgment upon the churches that excommunicated them.  It's full of other crazy stuff as well.  The scary thing is, I think it's real:
