Yo this is actually a super dope concept kind of like turning being eco-conscious into a game or even a side hustle. I didn’t realize Tesla made that much just off selling carbon credits, that’s wild. Makes total sense though — legacy automakers basically paying Tesla to pollute less.
The app idea is 🔥  imagine tracking your bike rides, public transport use, maybe even what you eat (like a lower footprint for plant-based meals), and at the end of the month you're like “yo I saved X amount of CO₂.” Then boom, flip that into sats. Even if it’s just a trust-based honor system at first, it’d still get people thinking about their footprint more tangibly. Might not stop everyone from fudging the numbers, but even just creating the awareness and incentivizing better habits? That’s already a win. Would definitely be down to try something like that.
