RUNSTR SEASON 1: A humble beginning
Season 1 has officially begun. To enter the competition purchase a ticket through the app. you'll be added as a participant for the 3 month distance based cardio event. Prize pool starts at 200k sats with 1st 2nd and 3rd places in each activity mode receiving rewards, an honorable mention will receive 5k sats and additional badges and prizes will be handed out as the competition progresses.

RUNSTR REWARDS/BADGES: Interactive Badges
We're still experimenting with the rewards system.
We like the idea of interactive badges that give you certain perks in the app. Level 1 badge gives you a weekly base reward, Level 2 badge gives you increased streak rewards.
This is what we'll be moving forward with this week
20 sats x Streak Day per day

1 run: 20 sats

2 runs: 40 sats (total 60)

3 runs: 60 sats (total 120)

4 runs: 80 sats (total 200)

5 runs: 100 sats (total 300)

6 runs: 120 sats (total 420)

7 runs: 140 sats (total 560)
Badge bonuses:

Level 1: +50 weekly base reward

Level 2: +5 streak reward
Only saved activities of at least 1k distance qualifies for the streak reward. This new rewards implementation starts today.
