Money is all traceable all the time. If it goes through any wire movement it can be seen. It can be seen through forensic accounting, too. It is only a question of how many resources you want to use tracking it down. The money is green and black not white and black, btw.
Since it for one isnt illegal and two would cost likely 10s of millions to even attempt these things are dark and untraceable because no private citizen is going to attempt to do that. The countries and groups that participate in this would easily be tipped off and change tactics starting the investigation back at square one.
Also you do these things in gold if you really care about privacy and yeah 110% untraceable.
