My personal preference are ordinary pit bulls, american bulldogs (but not pure Johnson), and Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
The American Bully is one of the most misunderstood yet amazing breeds. Despite their intimidating look, they are incredibly loyal, gentle, and affectionate especially with family and kids. With proper training and early socialization, they become great companions and excellent home protectors. They're strong but not overly hyper, and they thrive in homes that give them love, structure, and regular exercise.

In the beginning, there were the standard, classic and extreme, as well as the XL breed, and later it was thought that it would give the breed a pleasant stocky appearance if they were lowered and shortened, so the pocket and micro exotic American bullies were bred.
However, Kennel Clubs that also issue pedigrees currently only recognize 4 types:
