Guys, how are CCs useful, can they be converted to sats, or are they only for pay-to-post purposes?

ccs are similar to the ious ("sats") you get using primal wallet or wos, except they are not really exchangeable for anything outside of sn. they are similar because both are custodied, ie. not really yours.
they are useful for the reason undisciplined mentioned. zap them wisely and get rewarded.

You can pay posting fees with them and zap them to other stackers. Then, you'll receive rewards in sats.
