yeah, this was the exact same issue we noticed -- getting businesses to accept before they are ready is a HUGE ask. The classic double-sided market place conundrum. We just routed around it and eliminated the need for their buy-in entirely. If they want fiat, fine, they can have fiat, but I don't want fiat, so I need an instant way to spend BTC where they receive fiat. The last-mile problem. Eventually they will figure it out and accept it, but until then I'm happy just not having to hold fiat anymore.
