yeah i know a lot of burned out doctors that lament they didn't go into tech, but most of them struggled with biostats...

This suggests anyone can do it if they choose to. I think that takes away from the people who can excel at it. 

This isn’t directed at you specifically. I hear similar comments a lot: I should have gone into x or y, there’s so much money in it. Doesn’t mean you’d be successful
