I saw somewhere that it had the highest percentage of over 65 year olds in the US (including states and territories).
That corresponds to what I've read, about anyone who can, emigrating away from PR because it's slowly collapsing.
Except...isn't it a big hub for bitcoiners, because of the no income tax situation?
Are bitcoiners really good for the island's economy though?

When I'm there (about once or twice a year for a couple of weeks because I have a client there), I do occasionally meet Bitcoiners in bars and restaurants, so that's cool because money does get spent. However, I think that fiat-tourists spend more per person per day than the average bitcoiner, and they do pay taxes, so that's still the better deal.
However, if bitcoiners get fed up with the public services and fix it not just for themselves but start local businesses there to solve actual problems, then it would be awesome, because there are basically sufficiently wealthy people on the island now that can independently just choose to do something. I've not heard about much of this happening yet though.
