i remember when first hearing the defense team for Roman Storm speak, they seemed to point to there being no evidence that Roman Storm was ever involved with the creation of tornado cash, and was just an unlucky user of tornado cash that chainalysis was framing as a creator / owner that profited from the software. Did that 'defense' fall apart ? Seems like articles on this front state Roman Storm as an owner with no context indicating his original defense. Or...am i mis-remembering that ?
