There's a simple ingredient ice cream brand that makes a coconut milk mint chocolate chip ice cream that's sweetened with honey. It's pretty good.
When not making marshmallow ice cream, I usually get mine down to four ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, vanilla/flavor.
peach ice cream is really nice if you brown your sugar a little first (almost like a carmel).
cherry ice cream is good with almond extract in the cream, whole cherries stirred in after you churn.
One of the reasons I've really gotten in to making my own ice cream is the control I get over ingredients.

ahhh--premade. i might have actually tried something like that once. i pictured a honey drizzle.
