MONDAY 21/07/2025 A feel like on the outside I am very calm but on the inside my moods are like a light switch but with more options than up and down.

Today started off great took Russell for a walk along the beach. Said hello to a Lady with two dogs. Saw a seal playing in the water and walked with Nick while Russell was being chased by BJ the staffy. Also took this photo.

Worked on the Van for a while and had to make a few trips to the hardware store. On one of the trips my brother was there I had to avoid him to make sure I didn’t start disassociating. Also today I popped into a pop up shop at Cup of Chino nothing caught my eye although it was interesting to look at an art piece they had for sale.

When I returned home I started working on the van again but I was hitting some road blocks and had the call to go to the shops. On way to the shops I noticed a yellow mini moke so I walked towards that. I noticed the Powercor people working away. It would be nice if I had it in me to do some kind of work like that but for now I can just admire the work they do.

I kept on walking and the wind blew me into a shop owned by Gaby and Jenny a lovely couple. Gaby is French and Jenny is Indonesian. I used to work with Jenny’s brother and sister at the fisherman’s co-op. They both gave me a nice hug and then settled into a nice spot for lunch. All the specials looked great and they even had raclette! Which a cheese from Switzerland and it is delicious. However under Jenny’s recommendation I picked Grandmas soup and it went down a treat with a nice drink of ginger, lemongrass, lime soda. Gaby and Jenny are heading to Bali soon for a Holiday I hope they enjoy it.

Then after that I left with a hug again from both and I almost forgot to pay haha. Then I went home fed the dogs and headed to the library to print off as many medical documents in preparation for my psychiatrist appointment which is still at an unknown time at this time.

For whatever reason my higher self wants me to find as many people and places that I know or have been to on instagram so I did that in the afternoon and then I had a nap woke up and made this post. Hope you are all doing well.
